Join your comfortable coach at your convenient pick up point this morning before we head for Norfolk to arrive at our hotel on the outskirts of the historic city of Norwich. Arriving at our hotel, have time to unwind before enjoying our first nights dinner.

After hearty breakfasts at the hotel, enjoy our INCLUDED excursions before returning to your hotel for tasty evening meals as you chat to your fellow travellers about your experiences.

We include free time in Norwich. As well as being the most complete medieval city in the UK, it has a flourishing arts, music and cultural scene, superb independent and high street shopping, and a heritage that is a delight to explore. It also has two cathedrals, numerous churches, cobbled streets and riverside walks.

Our highlight is the Thursford Christmas Spectacular with and a very special ‘Christmassy’ atmosphere. Set amidst magical surroundings of mechanical organs and fairground carousels, with a cast of over 100 professional singers, dancers and musicians – many of whom are West End performers – this show delivers an extravaganza of non-stop singing, dancing, music, humour and variety. It’s a fast-moving celebration of the festive season featuring an eclectic mix of both famous and much-loved chart toppers alongside traditional carols.

After our final breakfast today, board our coach and relax as we head for home, with suitable stops on the way.

Norwich is a wonderful fusion of the modern and historic, one complementing the other. Like any great city its centre is easy to walk around and has a river at its heart. As well as being the most complete medieval city in the UK, it has a flourishing arts, music and cultural scene, superb independent as well as High Street shopping, lively restaurants, bars and nightlife and a heritage that is a delight to explore. It was also England's first UNESCO City of Literature – this is a city of stories and also the only UK city set in the middle of a National Park, the Norfolk Broads. You may enjoy exploring the history of the Norman Castle and 11th Century Cathedral, but for lighter pastimes there is also a great street market that is open 6 days a week.
