Why Go?

The beautiful, ancient royal town of Windsor, is situated on the River Thames with a rich history, dominated by Windsor Castle, one of the most iconic residences of the British Royal Family. Built by William The Conqueror in the 11th century, the castle was extensively remodelled by subsequent monarchs and remains one of the most impressive historic buildings in the country. The castle itself is surrounded by a warren of small streets offering a wonderful range of boutiques, shops, bars, cafes and restaurants for you to enjoy along with the impressive 5,000 acres of gardens that make up Windsor Great Park, and offers some lovely walking routes or maybe even a relaxing boat ride along the River Thames.

Subject to traffic and travel, we depart Windsor around 16:45 to start our homeward journey.

Please note: Coaches can't set down or pick up passengers in the town centre. The coach drop off point is approximately a five to ten minute walk from the town centre.
