Tenby is probably the most iconic seaside town in Wales, rivalling places like Mevagissey and Polperro for quaintness and charm. This pretty seaside town has three great beaches; north, south and castle, each with its own character and all facing in different directions so at least one should be sheltered if it happens to be windy!

Visit the historic university city of Oxford with its honey-gold buildings, dreaming spires and riverside setting. The architecture is gobsmackingly fabulous, from the golden, stately university buildings to the atmospheric 13th-century pubs, wander through the cobbled streets, punt on the river and let the beauty of the city sweep you away. We depart Oxford around 16:30 to start our homeward journey back to South Wales.

Choose FOLLY FARM - this great attraction isn’t just a farm though; it’s the complete animal experience with with lions, giraffes & rhinos, an indoor vintage funfair, and a whole host of indoor and outdoor adventure experiences. Mesmerise yourself with over 250 animals, along with many rare breeds and baby farm animals. New to Folly Farm is the Penguin Coast, a state-of-the-art saltwater penguin enclosure – a fun filled day for all the family.

After a day filled with family run we rejoin the coach at around 17:00 to start our homeward journey.

Bath is deservedly regarded as one of the most beautiful cities in the world and has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage site. Nourished by hot springs, Bath offers stunning architecture, great shopping and iconic attractions. We depart Bath at 16:30 to start our homeward journey back to South Wales.

Nestled in the heart of the picturesque Cotswolds, Cheltenham offers a wonderful mix of the traditional and the new and is a perfect place to unwind. It offers a compact yet enchanting slice of quintessential England, from its elegant Regency architecture to its renowned spas, lush parks, and bustling high street. With an abundance of independent and much loved High Street shops and incredible dining experiences from street food to Michelin starred fine dining this is a town for browsing - and sampling!

As you would expect from the UK’s most complete Regency town, Cheltenham is brimming with history. As you stroll along the promenade, it’s easy to see why it became the hip 18th century hang out for holidaying Brits, after the enterprising Henry Skillicorne unearthed its health-giving spa waters – even gaining the Royal Seal Of Approval after the visit of the then-reigning monarch, George III.

Take a walk on the WILD SIDE as you stroll around the Cotswold Wildlife Park meeting the residents eye-to-eye with gentle giraffes, rhinos grazing on the Gothic manor house lawns, walk with the inquisitive lemurs, or take a ride on Bella the Train.

With over 260 different species of animals in over 120 acres of parkland, there's plenty of space to relax and get closer to the wildlife! Kids of all ages will love the adventure playground in the woods with interconnecting tree-houses, rope bridges and slides. Don't miss the Children's Farmyard with goat petting area, and daily penguin and lemur feeding.

Get acquainted with one of the largest reptile collections in the UK with crocodiles, lizards, frogs and snakes. Other indoor exhibits include the Insect and Bat Houses, Little Africa and Tropical House with free roaming sloths, bats and birds.

In the warmer months, tree ferns give the feel of a rainforest, whilst arid beds with cacti and succulents evoke the natural habitat of the meerkats. The gardens look good throughout the seasons with seasonal displays.

New Quay’s picturesque houses, pubs and restaurants cling to the sides of the hills rising above the blue waters of Cardigan Bay on the coast of West Wales. The town was once important for fishing and shipbuilding with wooden boats being built on the beaches. The sheltered harbour and goldens beaches now the focus of activity in the summer when New Quay becomes a bustling and vibrant holiday resort where sailing, fishing, water sports and relaxation, are among the main attractions. Bottlenose Dolphins are regularly seen swimming and diving as they follow the shoals of mackerel into the bay. For the chance of a great view of these beautiful creatures stand at the end of the Quay.

We depart New Quay around 16:30 to 17:00hrs to start our homeward journey back to South Wales.

Please note New Quay's main seafront is inaccessible to the coach so customers will be dropped off approximately 10 minutes walk away. This will also entail an uphill walk to get back to the coach.

The main event in the British agricultural calendar, the Royal Welsh Show, will be held at the showground in Llanelwedd. Along with exciting livestock and equine competitions with entries travelling from far and wide to compete, the show has something to interest everyone through its wide range of activities including forestry, horticulture, crafts, countryside sports, shopping, food and drink and a programme each day of exciting entertainment, attractions and displays.

We rejoin the coach at approximately 16:30 to start our journey back to South Wales.

A spectacular showcase for farming and rural life, the Royal Welsh Show will also give you a fascinating insight into the very best of Welsh produce, crafts, country pursuits and arena displays.
