Along the Great West Way

Today we’re delighted to be joined by Flo Wallace who is going to be telling us all about the Great West Way. An ancient route of 500 miles which takes in over 19 of the most quintessentially English stops along the way.

The entire route of the Great West Way is steeped in some of England’s most notable history and culture. Ancient castles like Berkley Castle and Windsor Castle, charming English stately homes and gardens like Bowood House and Gardens and the American Museum and Gardens, the Museum of English Rural Life and of course, the odd iconic ancient monument like Stonehenge.

We bet you had no idea just how much of our wonderful country you’ve missed out on so far! So settle in and join us as we discover just why the great west way truly is a route for all seasons...
